Amanda Gilbert Meditation

Back in January, we had the pleasure of meeting Amanda Gilbert,  a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher who also teaches companies and corporations. As like-minded souls, we resonated and we were honored to have our ceramics included in her branding shoot - mindfulness can come in many forms and so it made sense ... above are some of the lovely pictures. You can learn more about AGM on her site* https://www.amandagilbertmeditation.com/

*"Meet Amanda Gilbert! Amanda is a modern day teacher, guide and facilitator in meditation and mindfulness. She has been a meditator for 14 years, and teaches publicly, privately and for corporations in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Her passion for sharing meditation comes from her own life experience where meditation not only healed her from a traumatic life event, but catapulted her into living a life filled with meaning, purpose, optimal health, joy and awakening."

Chef Jay Booker

Yum! In collaboration w/ Feastly*,  photographer Aaron Lyles of Pixellab has been shooting a series of Chef portraits, and this one is around Chef Jay Booker. Sometimes, they use our ceramics and this time was a great fit.  I don't know much about Jay, excerpt that his food looks like what I'd like to eat at every meal ... check out the full series of photographs at https://pixellab.pixieset.com/chefjaybrooker/

* "... Feastly is a growing community of eaters and chefs who want more from dining. Feasters seek authentic food, served around big tables with good people. They are adventurous, but remember their humble food beginnings. A Feaster may be just as excited about an inviting bowl of tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich as she is for a goat roast. And, our chefs are a talented, hospitable group of food lovers with incredible abilities to turn their homes into warm, inviting spaces filled with the wonderful flavors and aromas of their favorite dishes ..."  - (excerpt from their website)

Tribali Foods Packaging

One late evening, I was looking for something in the frozen section of my local supermarket. My eyes kept sweeping the rows of prepared foods until they landed on a packaging that caught my attention. I thought Wait a minute, that bowl looks familiar! No! Is it ours? Turns out it was our Stillness Bowl on 2 out of 3 of their packaging ... the brand? Tribali Foods. What pleased me even more is that this is a product that is Organic, Non-GMO, that the animals were grass-fed, raised without hormones or antibiotics ... so if you eat meat, those are really important points ... so I'm always a huge supporter of good sense! And yes, I bought some and cooked them that night ... how could I resist.

Thanks for using us!
