HC Wabi-Sabi pieces now used at the new GARDNER JUNCTION in Hollywood

Humble Ceramics is proud to announce the opening of a new restaurant - GARDNER JUNCTION - opening September 22, 2015. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi concept, Humble Ceramics WS wares will be used in harmony with the train station-inspired themed restaurant.

The brainchild of Chef Steve Brown, this new eatery maintains the rising California standard/consciousness around slow-food, locally sourced, non-GMO, farm to table ingredients with integrity ... while also giving back to the community with their non-profit FUTURE CHEFS of AMERICA, LLC. which will send a few lucky under-privileged kids to the Cordon Blue with a full scholarship!

Soft opening / open house on September 14-16
but the OFFICIAL OPENING is September 22, 2015!
